In my case, the vehicle purchased was ordered without a front license plate frame pre-installed. When the car arrived, the vendor Brian sourced the vehicle from had drilled holes in the grill to mount a front license plate bracket, even thought the dealer was specifically asked not to do so.
Brian went above and beyond to correct this problem, going so far to replace the grill with a new, OEM grill without the holes. Customer service does not get better.
